📦 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Thailand):
    Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Carriers:
    We use reliable couriers such as Kerry, Flash, J&T, and others. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000 THB
  • Orders below 1,000 THB will be charged a flat rate of 40 THB

3. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour after placing your order and completing payment.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Conditions
We gladly accept exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing
  • You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered

2. Return/Refund Conditions

  • In case of damaged/defective products with no replacement available, we offer a full refund
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for sizing errors or personal dissatisfaction after use, due to hygienic reasons (as our products are close-fitting garments)

3. Return/Exchange Request Timeframe
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide clear photos as proof of the issue.

  • Returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • For exchanges due to customer’s own size error, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
